Return Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy                                                                                 
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below for refunds and exchanges:

                                                                  
1) Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for items received in damaged condition, or if they have any manufacturing defects.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.
- All approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.        

2) Eligibility for Exchanges
- We now offer reasonable exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Exchange products will be delivered within 7-14 working days. 

3) Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- All items are subject to inspection before processing refunds or exchanges.          

4) Processing Times
- Refunds will be processed and Credited within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to stock availability.

5) All products purchased at a sale price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you wish to return any product or exchange the product, kindly initiate the request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Kindly note that any product purchased during the sale or with discount or offer, will not be exchanged, returned and refunded.
