Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: -
• All Products which are on SALE are not valid for return unless its a manufacturing defect.
• Fabrics once cut cannot be returned unless its a manufacturing defect.
• All Stitched suits and Unstitched suits are not eligible for return unless it manufacturing defect.
In case the products delivered carry genuine manufacturing/quality defects, you will be required to share a photograph to our whatsapp number (+91 9727683683) as soon as you unpack the items, and request a return within the next 3 days.
The products are only eligible for a refund in cases of a) incorrect deliveries b) damaged goods - Refunds or Exchanges are not allowed in case of colour preferences and change of mind.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Cancellations won't be accepted once the product has been shipped.
Refunds for prepaid transactions will be done within 7-10 business days from the time of cancellation.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery will be done 7-10 business days from the time of cancellation. Customer has to provide Bank Details for the same.
